SHIPPING POLICY

An amount of 25 AED will be charged for orders under 99 AED. Delivery is FREE of charge for orders of 100 AED and above.

The Coffee Souq provides a fast and efficient delivery service.
Dubai : Same / next day
Other Emirates : 2- 3 working days
Remote areas : 5 - 7 working days. Minimum order for delivery - 300 AED.

*We are currently experiencing delays in Abu Dhabi deliveries due to movement restrictions. We are trying to get a permit and will deliver all orders to Abu Dhabi soon as we are able to.*

CANCELLATION POLICY

Because we strive to deliver all orders within a day of receiving the order, it is highly unlikely that the order can be cancelled as it would have been dispatched already. You can still check with us at +971 50 169 1054, and we can cancel your order in case it’s not yet dispatched. Cancelled orders will be refunded with store credit or online gift voucher of the same amount which can be used for hassle free shopping any time.

RETURN POLICY

At The Coffee Souq, we make the best possible efforts to provide quality products and services. All our products undergo quality checks and required tests. In any case you receive the wrong item, we will happily exchange it for you, upon proof of payment (i.e. your original order receipt).

When we cannot accept returns:
If the returned items do not match our quality standards or our return policy, then we reserve the rights to reject the returns as mentioned below:

When ordered item is found altered/ tampered or used

When item is bought on sale

When the item seal is opened, in case of consumables

When the return process isn’t initiated within 48 hours of accepting the delivery

All refunds will be made back to the payment solution initially used by the customer. It will usually take within 7-15 business days for the refund amount to be credited back to the payment solution. Refunds will only be processed once the returned/damaged item has been successfully validated by the warehouse or store staff.

Return policy for machines: Our staff will test the items and replace only the item which is found not working as per manual policy for valid warranty. If the whole product is found defective & within the valid warranty, we will replace the whole product. If the replacement item/product is not in stock, we will offer you similar looking item/product of the same price.

If you choose the higher priced item then we will charge the difference amount. Damaged or leaking items/products should be reported to customerservice@thecoffeesouq.ae  within 48 hours after delivery/purchase.

We will NOT replace or refund any item/product which is found used or tampered or bought on sale or does not meet our quality standards.
